Ingredients

15 minutes
5-6 servings
  • 2 cupurad dal
  • 1/2 cupmoong dal
  • 1/2 teaspoonmethi seeds
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1 pieceginger
  • 2green chillies
  • 250 mloil for frying

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak urad dal moong dal and methi seeds overnight

    Strain water

    Take jar add dal ginger green chilli and grind into paste

    Add chopped onion and mix well

    Make small vada and put in oil fry on medium flame to let it cook till inside
