Mausambi zest - grate mausambi peel,keep it aside. Take 1/4 cup milk and mix 3 tbsp corn flour.Boil milk in a karahi.Add mausambi zest and mix.Add sugar.Cook it for 2 min.Now add corn flour and milk mixture.Keep on stirring.Cook it for 3-4 min until milk becomes thick

Grease a 6 inch cake tin.Pour this milk into it and tap the tin.Keep it aside.

Squeeze the mausambi for juice. Mix 3 tbsp corn flour and 3 tbsp sugar. Mix it well. Transfer this mixture into a pan and cook on medium heat. Add turmeric powder and mix. Keep on stirring. When the juice becomes thick, pour it on the milk mixture. Level it with a spatula. Keep it in the fridge for 1/2 an hour. Then loose the sides with the help of a knife. Cover it with a plate and tap on the bottom of the cake tin to demold the pudding.

Your delicious mausambi milk pudding is ready to serve. Garnish it with sunflower seeds and raisins.
