Steps
- 1
Prepare both Milky Way pudding mixes with 2 cups milk each. Set aside.
- 2
Prepare vanilla pudding mix with 3 cups milk. Set aside.
- 3
In a large bowl, layer vanilla wafers on the bottom.
- 4
Add a layer of thinly sliced bananas over the wafers.
- 5
Pour a layer of Milky Way pudding over the bananas and wafers.
- 6
Repeat layering: wafers, bananas, Milky Way pudding for a second layer.
- 7
For the third layer, add wafers and bananas.
- 8
Gently fold half a tub of Cool Whip into the vanilla pudding.
- 9
Spread the vanilla pudding mixture over the third layer of wafers and bananas.
- 10
Add another layer of wafers and bananas, then more vanilla pudding mixture.
- 11
Continue layering, finishing with vanilla pudding and a generous topping of crushed vanilla wafers.
- 12
To crush the wafers, place them in a Ziploc bag and use a rolling pin, cup, glass jar, or your hands.
- 13
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the cookies soften. Enjoy within 3 days.
Tips
Letting the pudding sit in the refrigerator allows the cookies to soften, enhancing the overall texture.
