Prepared From Whole Wheat Flour Base stuffed with Coconut, Semolina, Dryfruits,Sugar flavoured with Cardamom powder Moulded as Modak shape and deep fried or Baked as per your preference😋

Steps

Take the Flour in the wide vessel,add oil and bind a semi soft dough and make small Rotis for the Modak

Stuffing for the Modak

Roast everything one by one at medium flame and let the mixture cool down completely

Mixture is ready

Now take a Roti portion and fill a tsp of mixture into the Roti and start pleets in the small gaps and pinch them at the top if its thick then take out the excess flour

Take the Oil in the Pan and deep fry them by turning both sides until they are golden brown and crispy
