Take bowl put besan salt red chilli powder turmeric powder Chaat masala add water and mix well

Take mixer jar add sprouts and lauki and grind it into paste by adding little water

Add the mix in the batter

Take another pan put butter jeera chopped green chilli and saute

Add grated carrot peas and all spices and mix well add grated paneer mix it

Let it cool

Take tawa spread the batter and let it cook from both sides

Put the stuffing in it

Cut into pieces

Serve it with sauce and garnish with cheese
