In a big bowl add green moon rinse with water and soak for ten hours.

Drain the water completely.Take a muslin cloth and pour the soaked moong tie it and keep in a casserole for overnight. Next day the sprouts will appear in it.Transfer to a mixer jar.

Then add soaked rice,green chillies,ginger, cumin seeds and curry leaves. Add a little water and grind into a fine paste. Transfer to a bowl add salt and mix well.

Keep a dosa tawa on medium heat and add a ladle full of batter, spread round and thin dosa. Sprinkle some chopped onion and oil on it. Once the dosa is cooked well flip it to the other side. After two minutes remove from the. tawa.

Transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy with tomato chutney, coconut chutney.
