Take a mixing bowl, add pearl millet ata & besan.

In goes ajwain, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, saunf powder & sesame seeds, mix it well. Add in onion, green chilli & dhania patta, mix it well.

Add water slowly slowly, knead a med soft dough, rest it for 2 minutes. Brush 1 tsp oil, knead it again, keep aside.

Heat a non-stick tawa or iron tawa, heat it, moderate the flame.

Take med sized portions of the dough, roll them, make a lil thick paratha.

Place it on the tawa, cook it both side till light brown.

Spread oil on the upper side, flip it, brush oil on the other side too, cook it until both side turn brown. Make all the parathas in the same manner.

Plate it, serve it with mixed curd or any curry...
