Sindhi Style Pumpkin Halwa

Peel and deseed the pumpkin, then chop it finely.

Heat ghee in a pan, add the chopped pumpkin, and sauté for 2 minutes.

Cover the pan and cook on low heat until the pumpkin softens.

Add sugar and sauté uncovered until the sugar dissolves.

Sprinkle green cardamom powder and mix well.

Add dry nuts, stir, and cook for another 2 minutes.

Serve warm.
Tips
Covering the pan while sautéing helps the pumpkin cook evenly and retain moisture.
