First chop all your ingredients. Cut your liver into small edible pieces.

Preheat your sufuria the add cooking oil. First stir fry the onions.

Next add the tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes are cooked.

Next add the liver pieces into the sufuria. When the liver is cooked add abit of water for soup then add salt. Let it boil then serve while still hot with rice or ugali with vegetables.
