  • 1/2, diced Cucumber
  • 1, diced Tomato
  • 1/2, finely chopped Onion
  • 1/4 cupShredded carrot
  • 1/4 cupShredded pink cabbage
  • 2 tbspRoasted peanuts
  • 2 tbspRoasted chickpeas
  • 1 tbspLemon juice
  • 1/2 tspfinely chopped green chili
  • 1 tbsp(adjust to taste) Sukhi (dry) chutney
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tbspchopped Fresh coriander

    In a large bowl, mix jowar puffs, bajra puffs, and rice puffs. Add roasted peanuts and roasted chickpeas for crunch.

    Add finely chopped green chili, cucumber, tomato, onion, coriander, shredded carrot, pink cabbage, and raw mango.

    Sprinkle green chili - coriander dry chutney, squeeze lemon juice, pomegranate seeds, and salt. Then toss well.

At the age of 18, I got married to a huge joint family and started my new journey. My family loves my dishes and appreciates me. Especially my husband and my son.
