Wholesome, gluten free, protein rich light meal dish, and alternative to strandered rice based version.

Soak jowar rava and moong dal in water for 1 hour.

Heat ghee in a pressure cooker, add cumin, peppercorns, green chili, curry leaves, and hing.

Add soaked jowar rava and moong dal, sauté for 1 minute.

Add water and salt, turmeric powder mix well.

Pressure cook for 5 whistles on medium heat.

Let the pressure release naturally, then mix and serve hot.
Tips
Adjust the spice level by adding more or fewer green chilies according to your taste.
