Moong dal Halwa is my favourite but sometimes I avoid it due to lot of time in process but this one is really quick for two people.
Steps

Heat ghee in a pan over low flame. Add moong dal atta and roast until golden and fragrant.

Pour in milk, stirring to avoid lumps. Cook on low flame until the milk is absorbed. Add sugar and mix well.

Continue to cook on low flame until ghee separates from the halwa. Serve warm.

Add milk masala and combine thoroughly.
Tips
Feel free to adjust the sweetness or use different nuts in the milk masala for added flavor.
