  1. 2 pieceschicken
  2. 1onion, thinly sliced
  3. 1carrot
  4. 1turnip
  5. 1zucchini
  6. 2tomatoes
  7. 1 tablespoontomato paste
  8. 1 bunchcelery and cilantro
  9. 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  10. Salt, pepper, Ras El Hanout, turmeric, and paprika
  11. 2 tablespoonscracked wheat (mermez)
  12. 1chili pepper

  1. 1

    Sauté the chicken, then add the peeled vegetables. Season with salt, pepper, and spices. Add the bunch of celery and cilantro. Let simmer for 20 minutes. Add 4 cups hot water (about 1 liter) and cook over medium heat.

    Blend finely, then add the rinsed cracked wheat and chili pepper. Cook until well done.
