Sauté the chicken, then add the peeled vegetables. Season with salt, pepper, and spices. Add the bunch of celery and cilantro. Let simmer for 20 minutes. Add 4 cups hot water (about 1 liter) and cook over medium heat.

Blend finely, then add the rinsed cracked wheat and chili pepper. Cook until well done.
