I don't know if this is a true Açorean dish or if it's just a "my mom" dish. My mom made this ALL the time growing up (and now!) it's simple, inexpensive, tasty, even my husband requests me to make it for meal prep for the week. its protein packed.

Ingredients

6-8 servings
  1. 8-10peeled potatoes, boiled and cut into large chunks
  2. 4eggs, hard boiled and cut into quarters
  3. 2-7 oz (198 gr)tuna
  4. 1large can chickpeas (garbanzo beans) rinsed
  5. 2 tbspimena muida (Crushed Portuguese pepper sauce)
  6. 1/4 cupvinegar
