Ingredients

  • 200 gRigatoni –
  • 3 clovesGarlic –
  • 1/2 cupcream
  • 4 tbspparmesaan cheese
  • 2 tbspgochujang sauce
  • 1/2 cuppasta water
  • 1 tbspoil or butter

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil rigatoni in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water.

  2. 2

    Heat oil/butter in a pan and sauté chopped garlic until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Add gochujang and mix well.

  4. 4

    Pour in cream and stir to make a smooth velvet-style sauce.

  5. 5

    Add grated parmesan and pasta water to adjust the silkiness.

  6. 6

    Add cooked rigatoni and toss well to coat.

  7. 7

    Add basil, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer 1 minute.

  8. 8

    Serve with extra parmesan and basil on top.
