Today I have made tasty little millet lemon rice recipe. It's very easy quick simple recipe.
Steps

Rinse the little millet/ samak rice in water, 3-4 times. Take a kadai, add water and washed samak rice, cover and cook on low heat. Once cooked nicely then turn off the flame and keep aside for cool down.

Heat oil in a kadai, add peanut, cashew nuts and almonds, fry them until light golden brown. Take out and keep aside.

Same kadai add udad dal, chana dal, mustard seeds and let it get nutty brown then add curry leaves, red chilli, saute few seconds. Now add grated ginger, salt, turmeric powder, chopped green chilies, saute them.

Now add cooked sama rice, mix it properly and turn off the flame. Now add lemon juice, lemon zest, fried peanuts, cashew nuts, almond, mix it lightly.

Lastly add chopped coriander leaves, mix it again, lemon rice is ready.

Little Millet Lemon Rice is ready to serve. Garnish with pomegranate pearl and serve it.
