Take fresh green Apple, cut into small pieces.Chop onion. Collect red chilli, chana dal, curry leaves,red chilli tamarind and salt.Keep it aside.

Keep a kadai on medium heat add oil, chana dal, chopped onion,red chilli, apple pieces and curry leaves. Saute till it turns golden colour. Transfer to a mixer jar add tamarind and salt. Grind it into a fine chutney.

Transfer to a serving bowl. Give seasoning with mustard seeds,urad dal, curry leaves and red chilli. Pour on the chutney.

Healthy and super tasty green Apple cut is ready to serve. Enjoy the chutney with rice, idly,dosa and roti.
