Steps

Assemble ingredients, chop Cashews and keep aside. Mash Jaggery and keep aside.

Heat Ghee, add sooji + Ragi Flour and roast under low flame till turns fragrant and colour changes.

Transfer to a plate and allow to cool. Then add jaggery, chopped Cashews and little more melted Ghee and mix well. Keep check whether it binds or not.

Then grease palms with Ghee, start binding ladoos of your preferred size. Ladoos are done.
