Today I have made winter special bajre ka Stuffed Rotla. This roti is healthy and tastes best Gujarati. This Rotla made with bajra flour, fresh methi leaves, garlic and some spices.

Today I have made winter special bajre ka Stuffed Rotla. This roti is healthy and tastes best Gujarati. This Rotla made with bajra flour, fresh methi leaves, garlic and some spices.
Steps

Heat ghee in a kadai add cumin seeds, let them splutter then add chopped garlic, ginger, green chilies, chopped onion, fry them some times on low heat then add chopped methi and cook.

Once methi cooked properly then add chopped coriander leaves, mix it well. Stuffing is ready. Take out in a plate and keep aside for cool down.

Take a bowl add bajra flour, salt as per taste, mix it and add some water and knead it and make dough. Further knead it well for another 5 minutes to make it soft.

Take some portion of the dough and flatten it small round shape with hands and put some stuffing in the centre. Gently grab the edges and seal to form a tight ball. Place it on a flat surface, sprinkle some flour on it. Now tap the stuffed ball and flatten it with the help of a hand to form a thick roti.

Heat tawa, and place the roti on it and cook it for 6-7 minutes on low heat until it turns golden brown. Then flip it and apply 1/2 tsp ghee on and around the roti. Roti is ready.

Winter treat healthy stuffed bajre ka Rotla is ready. Serving it with jaggery and ghee.

Tips
Methi should be fresh
Cook the roti must be on low heat
