Steps

Assemble ingredients, lightly saute Onion and Corn. Keep aside.

Mash Potato, Add Corn + Onion + salt + red chilli powder + Oregano + grated Cheese + bread crumbs and mix well gently. Make small small balls.

Keep Appe pan ready, put little oil in each cavities, place the balls and fry till golden brown, flip and cook the other side too.

Corn Cheese Balls are done. Serve hot hot.
