Ingredients

  • 2 cuppenne pasta
  • 4 cupWater
  • 4 table spoonOil
  • 1 table spoonSalt
  • 2 table spoonOregano
  • 2 table spoonChilli flakes
  • 1 table spoonMixed herbs
  • 4 table spoonButter
  • 2 sliceCheese
  • 2 teaspoonMaida
  • 20 gramCheese spread
  • 100 gramChicken
  • Halfcapsicum
  • 8 clovegarlic
  • 1Handful of corn
  • 1onion
  • 1 teaspoonpepper
  • 3 table spoonfresh cream
  • 2 cupmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    First, heat 4 cups of water in a bowl or pot and bring it to a rolling boil.
    Once the water is boiling, add 2 cups of pasta along with a pinch of salt.
    Cook the pasta until it is soft but not mushy, then drain and keep it aside.

  2. 2

    On another stove, place a pan and add some oil.
    When the oil heats up, add 8 chopped garlic cloves and sauté until they turn light golden brown.
    Next, add the chopped onion and cook until it becomes soft and glossy.

  3. 3

    Now add the chicken and cook it well until it is soft, juicy, and fully cooked.
    After that, add corn and capsicum.
    Season with oregano, salt, chili flakes, pepper, and a little chicken stock.
    Mix everything well and cook until the chicken absorbs the flavors.

    Meanwhile, take a large pot and add butter.
    Once the butter melts, add maida (all-purpose flour) and cook it until it turns light golden.
    Slowly add 2 cups of milk, stirring continuously to avoid any lumps.

  5. 5

    When the sauce becomes smooth, add cheese spread and mix well.
    Then add one slice of cheese and stir until it melts completely.
    Next, add fresh cream and mix until the sauce turns rich and creamy

  6. 6

    Now add the boiled pasta and the chicken–vegetable mixture into the sauce.
    Mix everything well so the pasta is fully coated.

  7. 7

    Taste the pasta and adjust the seasoning.
    If needed, add more oregano, pepper, chili flakes, and salt until the flavor is perfect.

  8. 8

    Serve hot and enjoy your creamy white sauce chicken pasta 🤍🍝

Tips

Use some chicken stock and cheese spread for rich taste and add another slice of cheese while serving
