If you have a leftover baguette, some mozzarella cheese, and a bit of ketchup, you can make this quick breakfast before heading to work or school.

Slice the baguette in half lengthwise.

Spread ketchup on each half. Add any toppings you like, such as shrimp, sausage, ham, or ground meat.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the top, using as much as you prefer.

Place in an air fryer and bake at 340°F (170°C) for 8 minutes.

Remove from the air fryer and serve with ketchup or chili sauce. Enjoy!
