  1. 40 gGrated apple
  2. 1Small egg
  3. 20 gPeanut butter
  4. 10 gSelf-raising flour
  5. PinchCinnamon

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined.

  2. 2

    Heat a non-stick pan on low. Drop small spoonfuls of batter.

  3. 3

    Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side.

Tips

Using self-raising flour helps make the pancakes extra fluffy.
