Honey garlic roasted chicken thighs

Certain dishes are like a cozy blanket. Simple, comfortable, and incredibly gratifying, honey garlic roasted chicken thighs don't require you to watch the burner or do a ton of dishes.
This is the type of meal you prepare on a typical evening when you want something unique but realistic.
Juicy and forgiving, chicken thighs are nearly impossible to ruin. Thighs remain rich and tender, especially when roasted, while chicken breasts dry out if you look at them incorrectly.
The meat underneath remains moist and tasty while the skin crisps up beautifully in the oven, absorbing all that honey-garlic sweetness. From every perspective, it's a victory.
Garlic and honey go together like clockwork. Delicious yet not overpowering. tasty yet not overpowering. Roasting produces a sticky, glossy sauce that sticks to every bite as the garlic softens and becomes mellow and the honey caramelizes.
A few pantry ingredients become something you'd gladly give to visitors when you add a dash of soy sauce (or salt), a little black pepper, and, if you're feeling very daring, a dab of chilli flakes.
This isn’t a “special occasion only” dish. It's the type that you unknowingly commit to memory. The one you prepare automatically after a demanding day, confident that it would always turn out well.
Sticky fingers. crisp skin. Comforting, sweet and garlicky.
