Ingredients

  • 200 gBok choy
  • 80 gDried tofu skin
  • 1 sliceGinger
  • 1 cloveGarlic
  • 1 tbspOil
  • 2 tbspWater
  • 1 tbspOyster sauce

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak tofu skin in water until soft, then drain and cut into strips.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan, fry tofu skin until lightly golden, then set aside.

  3. 3

    Blanch bok choy in boiling water for 1 minute, then drain.

  4. 4

    In the same pan, sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant.

  5. 5

    Add bok choy and tofu skin, pour in water and oyster sauce.

  6. 6

    Gently mix and cook for 1-2 minutes until flavors combine.

Tips

Fry the tofu skin first for extra flavor and blanch the bok choy to keep it crisp.
