Dahi Gujiya

Dahi Gujiya is a traditional and popular chaat from Uttar Pradesh (UP), especially made during the occasion of Holi. It is a soft, crescent-shaped dish made from urad dal, dipped in yogurt and chutney, and filled with nuts. Apart from Uttar Pradesh, it is also eaten with great relish in Rajasthan (especially Bharatpur) during the summer.

Tips
Final Tips. Fry Dahi Gujiya till it turns brown. Add asafoetida and salt in hot water and dip Dahi Gujiya in it. Squeeze it after 30 minutes. Mix sugar and salt in curd. Set Dahi Gujiya on a bowl. Add curd on top. Sprinkle pomegranate for garnish. Sprinkle rocky.
