Homemade bread for me was an obsession since long. But this women's day I decided to try it. And I was so happy that it turned out really good. It gave me great satisfaction. And I would like to share my this happyness with all my dear friends 🤗

Homemade bread for me was an obsession since long. But this women's day I decided to try it. And I was so happy that it turned out really good. It gave me great satisfaction. And I would like to share my this happyness with all my dear friends 🤗
Steps

Mix sugar in warm water, add yeast, stir and set aside for 15 mins to activate.

Make a well in the flour on a clean surface, add salt, pour in the yeast mixture.

Gradually mix flour into the liquid, knead into a soft, sticky dough, adding water as needed.Add oil and knead until the dough is smooth and elastic.

Gather dough with a scraper, place in a bowl, cover and let rise for 30 mins until doubled.

Gently roll out the dough, avoiding cracks, and place in a greased bread mould.

Let it prove for 1 hour until doubled in size.

Brush the top with milk.

Cut into slices of your desired size. And enjoy homemade bread as you wish 😍

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 mins.

Remove from oven, brush with ghee, take out from mould. Let it cool down.
Tips
Ensure the water is warm but not hot when activating the yeast, and knead the dough until it is smooth for the best texture.
