Mash the rice and boiled potato together until smooth.

Add coriander leaves, green chilli, turmeric, coriander cumin powder, salt, chilli powder, and semolina.

Mix well to form a smooth dough.

Divide into lemon-sized balls and flatten into round patties.

Heat a nonstick pan on medium flame and grease with oil.

Place patties on the pan and cook until both sides are golden brown.

Serve hot with spicy tomato ketchup and garnish with fresh coriander.
Tips
For extra crunch, add semolina to the mixture.
