Fried rice
This is a different kind of recipe. it is cooked without tomatoes
Steps

Into a pot put 2 tbsp of oil and heat

Then add the the chopped onions and the kitungu saumu
- 3
Fry till a sweet aroma is produced

Then add the rice and finally add the hot water(1/2 liter) Add one teaspoon of salt.

Boil till oil the water is finished and finally let it simmer for 1roud 5 minutes.

Serve with avocado.
