Steps

Peel and chop ridge gourd

Heat 1 teaspoon oil. Add ridge gourd chillies and garlic

Cook till soft and moisture reduces. Cool completely.

Blend cooled mixture. Add peanuts jaggery salt tamarind and a little water.

Blend smooth or slightly coarse as per choice.

Heat oil add mustard seeds curry leaves and asafoetida and pour over the mixture.

Serve and Enjoy.
Tips
Cook ridge gourd till soft.
