Wash and soak chanadal for3-4 hours. In a pressure cooker heat oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves. Saute onion till light golden brown. Add garlic paste.

Saute for 5 minutes. Add tomato, pieces of lauki,chanadal,add all masala. Add 4 table spoon water.

Make 4-5 whistle. And sabji is ready. Serve hot with phulka roti and steam rice.
