In this lovely, super creamy and easily done Sorbet, I have done two different versions, one with Condensed Milk and the other with just Honey. Therefore either way it's a perfect two-ingredient magic. Both of them are absolute bliss. As the Muskmelon used by me was sweet, i used multifloral Honey instead. It's an amazingly smooth and creamy Sorbet in the end. A perfect one to enjoy in Summers or any time if the Fruit is handy and available. Lemon juice is optional and only for those who love a slightly tangy flavour. Otherwise it's not at all necessary to use it.
That is why I call it a unique 2 ingredient magic that's absolutely flavourful and delicious plus healthy and a way lot creamier and luscious. It just melts in your mouth. You would just love to dig in.

It's a great easy peasy homemade Summer Dessert that can be relished with our loved ones, families and friends alike. There is no other super creamy Dessert than this. Muskmelon is such a delightful Fruit. One just cannot miss this opportunity if it's handy and available. Do give it a try people. Give it a thumbs-up if you loved it and share your feedback with me if you can. Let's get started right away.

Enjoy No Cooking with Zeen!

Steps

No Cook Recipe
  1. 1

Freeze the muskmelon slices for an hour or two at first or better still overnight. Remove from the freezer the next day. Blend the frozen slices directly with condensed milk for the first version and honey for the second. If using lemon juice, use that too. Blitz until smooth and well blended.

  2. 2

Pour this in an airtight container and freeze until set. If it's too hot at your place, it might take a little longer. It's always best to leave it for a good 7-8 hours for that awesome creamier texture.

  3. 3

After done, flake the top with a fork and then scoop out the stunning and lip-smacking sorbet. Enjoy!

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
