Fry tilapia in oil. Then set aside.

Sauté onions, tomatoes and garlic in cooking oil.

Season with ground black pepper and patis to taste.

Pour water in. Let boil and cook for 3 minutes.

Pour beaten eggs into the mixture while quickly stirring.

Add fried fish. Cook for 2 more minutes.
Tips
Serve hot with steamed rice.
