Healthy tasty man Bhavan restaurant style vegetarian dahi kebab

Hung the curd in a Muslin cloth for at least 7 hours and to drain out all the moisture. Then take curd in a bowl then add bread crumbs roasted gram flour and corn flour and salt and chopped green chilli and red chilli powder 2 tbsp fresh coriander.Add cashew nuts and rains and garam masala mix well.

And divide into 7 equal portion stuffing into hung curd mixture and make kebab and roll in bread crumbs. And transfer to a dish.

And cello fry in medium hot oil till it golden brown on both side. And remove it.

Then fry all the kebab. Transferred to a serving plate. Decorate with green chilli and serve with masala curd. And enjoy it. Enjoy !!!

Tips
Take properly hung curd and add the proper masala so dahi kabab become delicious and tasty.
