Steps

Add all the ingredients in a bowl..and mix.

Turn on the flame and heat up the pan or tawa.. add 1 tsp oil or desi ghee..

Pour the omelette mixture on the pan.. and let it cook from one side for 3 mins.. flame medium kr dain.

Change the side of the omelette and cook for 3 to 4 min.. and your delicious omelette is ready. Tadaaaa
Tips
You can add fresh chopped coriander instead of qasuri methi .
