Mix Vegetable. Kofta in Tomato Gravy

Mash boiled potatoes. Grate and chop veggies of your choice

Add all the grated and chopped veggies to mashed potatoes. Also add chilli ginger paste, garam masala and salt and mix everything nicely and bind a dough like.

Roll equal size balls and roll it in cornflour to coat the balls.

Heat the oil and fry it till golden brown.

Heat oil and ghee. Add jeera, khada masala, curry leaves, onion, chilli ginger garlic paste and saute. Also add white paste and saute till oil releases.

Add grated veggies, green peas and saute for couple of minutes. Add tomato puree, saute till oil releases. Add all the spices and mix well.s

Add kasuri methi and saute. Add water and adjust the consistency.

Let it boil for few mins. Add sugar if you like. Add Kofta to the gravy in Serving bowl.

Garnish with fresh cream, grated cheese and coriander. Enjoy with Naan or paratha.
Tips
You can also add grated paneer to koftas if you wish to.
