Ingredients

10 mins prep and 10 mins before serve
2-6 people depending in dishes
  1. 6Large Prawns - no tail and de veined
  2. 3 SlicesSushi grade salmon cut in half.(if using freash salmon Freeze for 7 days to make sure safe)
  3. For Sauce:
  4. 3 clovesgarlic minced
  5. 3-4Thai chilies, to taste I use 5:P
  6. 1 1/2 Tbsppalm sugar
  7. 3 Tbsplime juice
  8. 2 Tbspfish sauce
  9. To Serve:
  10. 1Stem Chopped Parsley
  11. 10Bitter Gourd Half rounds (optional but recommended - i Forgot this time:P)

Steps

10 mins prep and 10 mins before serve
  1. 1

    Make the Sauce - I just a small blender and put everything in an pulse - you can just chop all finely and put into a jar and shake to combine. Put in Fridge until ready to serve.

    10 mins before you want to eat, Take you cleaned prawns from fridge and wrap in pc of salmon. Place on a serving dish and pour over the sauce. Allow to ceviche for 10 mins then garnish with the corriander (and Bitter Gourd) and serve. Great with a cold beer as SPICY :P ENJOY :P

Well I started with Cookpad during Covid....... Guess alot of us did, Amazing Site great to share with passitionate people. I have no formal training but have eaten in some of the best fine dinning restraunts in the world and also learnt from My mum and Grandma with "a pinch of" and "about a handfull" - if we share we love.
