Chote Aloo, pyaaz ka Chilka nikal kar dhokar rakh le.

Pyaz +lahsun ka paste bana le

Pan ya cooker mein oil garm karein.. Aloo ko deep fry kar le jab toda colour aa jaye, nikal le..

Ab excess oil nikal de.. Lagbhag 3tbsp oil le... Saare sabut masale add karein

Pyaz, lahsun ka paste add karein

Thoda bhoon kar paise masale and salt add karein...

Pani ka chita dete hue masale ko oil alag hone tak bhoone.

Aloo, pyaaz Add karein.. Thodi der aur bhoone. Jab pyaaz translucent ho jaye 1 1/2 cup garm pani add karein. Dhakkar pakaye ya cooker mein do whistle le.

Garmagaram roti ya naan ke saath serve karein.
