In a bowl, mix all flours, spices, salt, curry leaves, onion, and your choice of vegetables.

Add oil and mix well with your hands.

Gradually add water to form a soft dough.

Take a portion of dough, press it on a wet cloth, dipping hands in water as needed.

Transfer to a hot tava, cook both sides with oil until golden.

Serve hot with homemade white butter and peanut chutney powder.
Tips
Feel free to experiment with different vegetables based on your preference, such as grated carrots, chopped spinach, or finely diced capsicum.
