5rose apple
1 tablespoonjaggery powder
1 tablespoonpickle masala
2 teaspoonoil
mustard seeds
pinch ofasafoetida
juice of one lemon

Steps

Wash and wipe rose apple.discard seeds and cut length wise.

In a mixing bowl add apple pieces,salt, jaggery powder, pickle masala.

In a tadka pan add oil and mustard seeds.allow to crackle.add pinch of asafoetida.turn off the gas.

Add this tadka to pickle.squeeze lemon juice.mix well.enjoy with lunch.
