Layer veggies (potatoes, carrots, onion) on bottom.

Place roast on top.

Sprinkle garlic, seasoning, salt and pepper.

Pour broth and Worcestershire over everything.

Cook on low for 8-9 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.

Shred beef with fork and mix back into juices.
