Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2bone-in split chicken breasts, halved and skinned
  • 1 cupchicken broth
  • 1 Tablespoonchopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoongarlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoondried rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoondried thyme leaves
  • 2large sweet potatoes, cut-up
  • 2 cupsfresh whole green beans

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook chicken in nonstick skillet until browned

  2. 2

    Add broth, parsley, garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, sweet potatoes, and green beans.

    Heat to a boil.

  4. 4

    Cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes or until done.
