In a pan oil onion,garlic,celery,leeks and fennel...let it cook for 25 mins untils its soft

Add the tomato let it cook for 5mins

Then add the fish and shrimp let cook for 5mins then add water,salt and pepper with the broth..let its boil until 20mins add the herbs and serve
