Healthy Tasty High Protein Sattu Paratha

First take one cup sattu grind in mixer jar and make sattu powder then take 2 cup wheat flour.

Then take 2 cup wheat flour. Add carom seeds and kalonji and salt add1 tsp ghee mix well then add water is required and makes them well. Knead it to form a semi soft dough. Then add oil.

To make filling add the sattu in a bowl add1 tsp Ginger chilli paste carom seed black pepper powder lemon juice salt and garam masala mix well. When add the mustard oil and mix well add fresh coriander Mix well.The filling should bind well. And stick together. Make tasty mixture.

Then take the dough take some portion of dough and form it into a roundel then press it slightly further form it into a bowl like shape by using your thumb and rotating it. Then fill it a generous amount of sattu filling carefully bring the edges of dough together to seal it.Then roll it and make paratha.To cook paratha heat the tawa add ghee then place paratha and cook it by pressing the paratha and cook the paratha both side over medium flame apply ghee and cook till it brown.

Now healthy tasty high protein paratha is ready. Then transfer to serving plate and and serve with masala curd and enjoy it.Enjoy!!!

Tips
Paratha dough is also soft and feeling is also make nicely so paratha become tasty and healthy.
