Boiled eggs with kachumbari

Steps

Boil 2 eggs for 15 minutes

After 15 minutes of boiling remove the eggs and immerse into a bowl of cold water to cool for 2 minutes

Peel the eggs shell by breaking on the edge with a spoon and unshell carefully
- 4
Slice the eggs equally and stuff the kachumbari in the sliced eggs and sprinkle with a pinch of salt to taste
- 5
Best served while still hot with tea... Enjoy
