  • 50 gGrated bottle gourd (lauki)
  • 1/2 tspRock salt
  • 1/4 tspBlack pepper powder
  • as neededWater
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 cupLauki ki sabji
  • 1 cupPumpkin veg

    Mix Rajgira flour, grated lauki, rock salt, and black pepper powder in a bowl.

    Gradually add water and knead into a semi-soft dough.

    Divide dough into small balls and roll each into a small disc.

    Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry each disc until golden and crisp.

    Drain on paper towels and serve hot with lauki ki sabji and pumpkin veg.

Tips

Ensure the oil is hot enough before frying to achieve a crispy texture.
