Steps

  1. 1

    Cook pasta

  2. 2

    Cook an oil and butter roux

  3. 3

    Add onions and cook until watery

  4. 4

    Add shrimp and make a gratin in the bottom of the pot

  5. 5

    Add garlic, oregano, and spinach and cook down

  6. 6

    Add pasta, butter, and cheese and cook until melted

  7. 7

    Stir in lemon juice and parsley
