Heat the pan and add ghee to it. Now put Amaranth Flour to it and sauté it for 4 to 5 minutes on low flame.

After sauté add water to it as needed to adjust consistency. Now put Jaggery Powder and mix well, there should be no lumps. Slowly the halwa will start leaving the pan now add cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, dry fruit powder and mix well. Now switch off the gas flame.

Serve hot and garnish with mix dry fruit powder on it.
Tips
1. Always roast Amaranth flour on low flame as it burns fast if roasted on high flame.
2. Always use jaggery as it enhances its taste.
