Beaten rice and vegetables to make a perfect breakfast.
Steps

Wash the beaten rice in running water and let it drain.Heat oil in a pan and let the mustard seeds and jeera crackle.

Add the chopped onions, ginger, carrots, chillies and green peas to the oil and let it fry till they are soft. Saute them with salt so that they cook faster.

Add the washed beaten rice to the mixture and add turmeric, jeera powder and corriander powder and mix thoroughly.

Garnish with corriander leaves and curry leaves and serve hot.

It can be served with chutney or with a banana.
