put the pan on the stove and add 50g oil and small qty of spices like lavangalu,chakka, yalakulu, after fried them add one onion pieces, green mirch 5, curry leave, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves, mint leaves, after fried them add salt, haldhi,add two eggs mix after fried them add two full cups of cooked rice and mix them well and last add coriander and mint leaves than egg biryani ready.

From childhood i like cooking very much, i have some own idea recipes and some from my mother, mother in law and some cooking recipes. I am only one child to my parents,so they pampering me very much, my mother not agreed to work or cook at home. But my interest in cooking could not stop me from my mother. I tried several recipes from my own ideas, after that my dad and mother appreciate me. After marriage my husband, mother in law, my children also enjoying my experiments in cooking and encouraging me very much.
